People type IFT and dry needling because a neighbour got ‘the machine’. In Vasundhara I will still plug something in when it earns a place. I will not sell a circuit as physiotherapy.

IFT, therapeutic ultrasound and dry needling are the three clinic words Ghaziabad patients have heard from a cousin. They are not three diseases. They are optional tools. The disease is usually a neck that hates a laptop, a shoulder that hates a restart at the gym, or a back that hates a sofa.
If a centre’s first question is ‘IFT or ultrasonic?’ you are in a menu, not an assessment. Our first question is still what movement hurts, what eases it, and whether anything needs a doctor first.
Vasundhara Sector 1 (1/245) is where these tools live. Home visits can include hands-on care and exercise. They cannot honestly reproduce a full electrotherapy couch in a Shipra Suncity bedroom, and I will not pretend otherwise to win a search.
First clinic session is ₹199. That includes assessment and treatment. It is not a machine token you top up at billing.
Interferential therapy and TENS can reduce pain enough for you to move better in that session. That is a legitimate use in an irritable flare. It is not a reason to lie on a couch for forty minutes while someone reads WhatsApp.
If you leave with no idea what to do at the desk tomorrow, the electricity was entertainment. I want the next forty-eight hours written: sit breaks, the one movement we rehearsed, the stop rule.
People with pacemakers, certain skin issues, or unclear medical pictures may not be candidates. We ask. We do not ‘try a low setting’ as a dare.
Searching ‘IFT physiotherapy near me’ is fine. Expecting IFT to replace loading a weak pattern is how six weeks disappear.
Therapeutic ultrasound in physiotherapy is a treatment modality, not a diagnostic scan. If you need imaging, that is a different building and a different professional.
We consider it for selected soft-tissue irritability when the rest of the plan needs a local comfort assist. We do not run it on every shoulder because the machine is switched on.
Gel and a humming head look clinical. Patients deserve a sentence for why this tissue, today. If I cannot say that sentence, we skip it.
Home ultrasound pens sold online are not our protocol. Do not add them on top of a clinic plan without telling us. Stacked heat plus gadgets is how skin and irritability get stupid.
Dry needling targets myofascial trigger points with a fine needle after consent. It can help when guarding is the bottleneck. It can also be a bad idea on a needle-phobic patient, a medically unstable week, or a problem that is clearly a loaded tendon that needs graded exercise instead.
You can refuse it and still get good physiotherapy. Anyone who says needling is the only ‘real’ treatment is selling an identity.
After needling, we still move. A needle without a follow-up movement is a short story. Soreness for a day can happen; fever, spreading redness, or unusual neurological change is a call, not a ‘wait it out’.
Acupuncture meridians are not the map I use. If you want traditional acupuncture, that is another practitioner. Mixing the words in search is normal; mixing the methods in one unconsented session is not.
History, movement tests, a working impression in plain language, then a small set of tools — maybe manual work, maybe a short IFT window, maybe needling, maybe none of those — then exercise you can repeat in Indirapuram or Vaishali tonight.
If the whole hour is electrodes and a magazine, ask for your money’s worth or leave. That is not our hour, and it should not be yours.
Neck-pain desk patterns are the usual reason people ask for IFT here. The lasting change is still the chair, the phone posture, and the capacity to sit without clenching. Machines do not relocate your laptop.
Shastri Nagar clinic can run a similar logic if that pin is closer. Same rule: tools after findings.
Home ₹499 is assessment and treatment in your flat. We bring hands and exercise, not a trolley of IFT. If your search was only ‘machine near me’, book clinic.
If travel flares you, start home, then add a clinic visit for the modality week. Hybrid is normal. Pride about never entering Sector 1 is not a clinical virtue.
Book with the actual problem (neck, shoulder, back) plus ‘I was told I need IFT’. We will answer that sentence in the room, not in a pre-paid machine pack.
Call +91 79002 56729 or walk-in with a message first so you are not arriving into someone else’s session.
Ask what they will do if the machine is busy. If the answer is ‘then you wait’, you have learned the product. Ask what you should do tomorrow at your desk. If there is no answer, the electricity was the product.
Ask whether dry needling is optional. If they look offended, you have learned the culture. Consent is not an insult.
Bring a list of medicines and a pacemaker or implant history without being asked twice. People forget to mention devices because the search term was IFT, not cardiology. Mention metal implants and pregnancy too — those change which tools are even on the table.
If a neighbour swears by a twenty-day machine course, they may have also changed their chair and stopped the late-night sofa laptop. Correlation is not a protocol. We will still examine you. Bring the neighbour’s timeline if you want — we will still test your neck, not theirs.
Yes, at the Sector 1 clinic when assessment says a short comfort window will help you move. It is not a standalone package.
Dry needling is offered at our Vasundhara clinic with consent, when trigger-point guarding is the bottleneck — not as a default for every neck.
Therapeutic ultrasound is used selectively in clinic for some soft-tissue presentations. It is not a diagnostic scan and not a daily ritual.
Home sessions focus on assessment, manual care and exercise. Full electrotherapy couches stay in clinic. We will not fake a trolley in your bedroom.
You may feel a brief twitch or ache. You can stop at any time. Next-day soreness can happen; spreading redness or fever is a medical call.
First clinic session is ₹199 and still includes assessment. We may decline to run only machines if that would be bad care. That is the point of an examination.
No. Dry needling in our clinic is a myofascial tool after consent. Acupuncture meridians are a different map and a different practitioner if that is what you want.

If you searched dry needling or IFT near me, start with an examination at Sector 1 (first clinic session ₹199). Tools follow the finding. Home physiotherapy ₹499 is for when travel is the barrier — most machines stay in clinic.
